Krook & Tjäder has for more than ten years worked with large and complex projects in Denmark, including Villa Copenhagen, Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport, and Marienlyst Strandhotel.
When 16 historic buildings at Holmens Kanal in Copenhagen are now being transformed from a bank district into a new urban quarter, close collaboration between all parties is essential. Following Danske Bank’s departure as the last bank from the Laksegade district, a new era begins as the area opens up to the whole city. The project is being developed by Thylander A/S together with KanAm Grund Group and a German pension fund.
To ensure smooth workflows and close cooperation, the client, consultants, architects, and contractor are working together in a joint project office in the heart of the district.
With the project office in Copenhagen, Krook & Tjäder strengthens its local presence and continues to contribute with its experience and expertise on both sides of the Øresund.
